To turn Cliona on, press the power button for 4 seconds. The blinking blue light means that Cliona is in Bluetooth mode. In Bluetooth mode, you can connect Cliona to interactive content or your partner's toy. Double click the power button to switch Cliona to manual mode, which is indicated by a blinking pink light. 

The touch sensitive buttons make cycling through the vibration patterns and speeds very easy. Once you've chosen the right vibration and intensity for you, simply click the power button once to lock the touch sensitive buttons.
