USE AFTER CHILD BIRTH
After childbirth is an excellent time to get into a regular pelvic floor exercise routine. We recommend you wait for approval from your healthcare professional before using Elvie Trainer after childbirth – this will usually be at your six week check up.

HOW TO USE
- Apply water based lubricant to Elvie, relax your pelvic floor muscles, and insert Elvie into your body, with the arm outside your body.
- Squeeze your pelvic floor muscles to exercise with Elvie and receive feedback as you exercise. When exercising, squeeze in the back as though preventing yourself from passing gas and in the front as though stopping the flow of urine at the same time. Lift up as you squeeze and do not hold your breath.
