I would give it a 5 star rating, but the neck could be firmer for ease of use. The super soft silicone gives you a nice comfortable full feeling without being too overwhelming, and its comfortable enough for extended wear, if your used to toys around this size..Overall a good toy if you can deal with the flexible neck.
