My Secret Luxury offers FREE economy shipping on ALL orders over $75 for all US customers in all 50 US states, US Territories and US Armed Forces (AFO/FPO addresses).
If your order is below $75, we offer $7.95 flat rate economy shipping, which arrives in 6-10 business days after processing.
If you want your order faster, you may choose one of the following options:

Shipping to Canada
For orders under $100, the charge for first-class economy shipping is $10.
For orders over $100, the charge for first-class economy shipping is $15.
For orders over $200, the charge for shipping is $20.
Economy shipping ships arrives in 7-14 days after processing.
If you would like your purchase to be received faster, you may choose USPS Priority Mail Express International for $34.95.
The description on the Customs form will be "massager" or "lotion."
We are not liable for any additional tariffs, import duties or international taxes that the Canadian government may impose.
Delivery of Products purchased from My Secret Luxury shall occur, and risk of loss and title to Products shall pass to customer, at the time My Secret Luxury transfers the Products to the carrier or shipping agent at the facility in the United States from which customer’s order is shipped.
My Secret Luxury offers the following flat fee shipping for customers in the following European countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria,Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Solvakia, Solvenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.
USPS Priority Mail Express International - $50.00
For all other countries, My Secret Luxury ships internationally for a flat fee from $60 to $300 depending on the country being shipped to and your choice of shipping. All orders are sent by USPS Priority Mail Express International/DHL/FedEx International/UPS Worldwide.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer in addition to shipping cost. My Secret Luxury is unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.
Delivery time is approximately 1-6 weeks depending on how fast your package goes through local Customs.
Please check your local customs regulations so that you are aware of laws within your country. All items that we sell are legal in the USA. However, if certain countries restrict these items for use or sale, we cannot be held liable if these items are seized or confiscated. Once the package arrives in the destination country, the customs agents and local post office make all final delivery arrangements. Please contact your local post office for delivery information.
My Secret Luxury is not responsible for your package once it leaves the United States. If your package is confiscated by local customs, you will NOT receive a refund.
If your package is sent back to us for any reason, you will receive a credit back to your original form of payment LESS original shipping and insurance fees.
If your package is rejected by local customs or your local shipping carrier and sent back to us, AND you would like to us to reship your package, you will be charged AGAIN for shipping.
Please note: We do NOT ship to the following countries because they have been known to seize packages: Bahrain, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates.

Route Shipping Insurance
My Secret Luxury is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route at checkout, your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. you did not select Route insurance. By removing Route during checkout, My Secret Luxury is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged orders. In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route package protection at checkout.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises.
*Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
*Route does NOT cover or is responsible for delayed shipments.
Due to our unique product selection, your order may ship in more than one package. You will be notified of multiple shipments and tracking numbers via an email shipment confirmation.
All packages will be shipped in plain envelopes or boxes or standard USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL packaging.
Tracking Your Order
After placing your order, click on the "Track Order" link found on the bottom of every page. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24 hours of shipment.
We use the exact shipping information that you provide. Orders returned to us as undeliverable can be re-delivered with the correct/different address and will result in an additional $10 handling fee (US addresses only). Please contact us for pricing on international returned orders.
Orders That Don't Arrive On Time
Once your order leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for your order and delivery. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding a delayed shipment.
