Shipping Policy

My Secret Luxury will make reasonable efforts to ensure that orders will ship within two business days, except during U.S. federal holiday periods. Please allow up to 24 hours after you receive your shipment notification email after placing an order for tracking information to appear on the mail carrier website.

**Domestic Shipping**

Shipping rates for deliveries within the United States, US Territories and US Armed Forces (AFO/FPO addresses) are as follows:

My Secret Luxury offers OPTIONAL FREE Economy shipping on ALL orders of $100 or more for all US customers in all 50 US states, US Territories and US Armed Forces (AFO/FPO addresses).

If your order is below $100 or you choose to forego the Optional Free Economy Shipping, shipping cost will be calculated based on package weight, package dimensions, and distance.

All packages will be shipped domestically in plain envelopes, boxes, or standard USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL packaging.

My Secret Luxury offers duty-free international shipping worldwide (with a few exceptions) starting at $30.44 USD*!

International Shipping Exceptions

We do not ship to countries that are engaged in war.

ISLAMIC COUNTRIES: We can ship to them, but we generally do not ship to Islamic countries since they have been known to confiscate some merchandise of the nature which we sell. If you are ordering for delivery to one of these countries, it is your responsibility to know what will and will not be accepted by Customs in that country. **Please note: The following countries have been known to seize packages: Bahrain, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates.

International Shipping Methods & Speed of Delivery

All international orders are shipped discreetly from the United States via the United States Postal Service or UPS Mail Innovations with efforts made to maintain discretion on the Customs form as well.

During checkout you have the option to choose from the following:

• International Economy – The least expensive method with an estimated delivery speed of 10+ courier business/delivery days.
• International Standard – Delivery speed 6-10* business days
• International Express – Delivery speed 3-5* business days
  • *This estimate is applicable to many major markets. Actual number of days may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delays.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer in addition to shipping cost. My Secret Luxury is unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.

Please check your local customs regulations so that you are aware of laws within your country. All items that we sell are legal in the USA. However, if certain countries restrict these items for use or sale, we cannot be held liable if these items are seized or confiscated. Once the package arrives in the destination country, the customs agents and local post office make all final delivery arrangements. Please contact your local post office for delivery information.

My Secret Luxury is not responsible for your package once it leaves the United States. If your package is confiscated by local customs, you will NOT receive a refund.

If your package is sent back to us for any reason, you will receive a credit back to your original form of payment LESS original shipping and insurance fees.

If your package is rejected by local customs or your local shipping carrier and sent back to us, AND you would like to us to reship your package, you will be charged AGAIN for shipping.

Title Transfer & Risk of Loss (Domestic & International)

Delivery of Products purchased from My Secret Luxury shall occur, and risk of loss and title to Products shall pass to customer, at the time My Secret Luxury transfers the Products to the carrier or shipping agent at the facility in the United States from which customer’s order is shipped. It is highly recommended that you protect your order with Route Shipping Protection offered during checkout.

My Secret Luxury is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route at checkout, your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. By removing Route during checkout, My Secret Luxury is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.

In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route package protection at checkout.

*Route will consider a package “stolen” if the package is marked “delivered” but the customer did not receive it. A claim must be filed within 30 days of the “delivery date,” but no sooner than 5 days to account for the possibility that the package may be found on the premises or has been marked “delivered” prematurely by the carrier.

*Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

*Route does NOT cover and neither is NOT responsible for delayed shipments.

Route will consider an item “damaged” if it is unusable. Route requires evidence of the damaged item (photos, videos, etc.) as part of the claims filing process. Route will not consider an item “damaged” if it exhibits any manufacturing defects or nicks or marks that you suspect may have occurred prior to shipment (e.g., the box or packaging does not show signs of mishandling).

You will receive a shipment confirmation in the form of a note added to My Secret Luxury Sex Toys order when your order has shipped.  This note will include your tracking number.  Please note, it may take up to 24 hours after the tracking number is issued to see the status of your shipment. Due to our unique product selection, your order may ship in more than one package. You will be notified of multiple shipments and tracking numbers via an email shipment confirmation.

We use the exact shipping information that you provide. Orders returned to us as undeliverable can be re-delivered with the correct/different address and will result in an additional $10 handling fee (US addresses only). Please contact us for pricing on international returned orders.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for your order and delivery. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding a delayed shipment.
