HOW TO USE AH! YES VM?

1. Apply with fingers to the outer and inner intimate areas.

2. AH! YES VM is suitable for daily/regular use. Apply daily initially, reducing to every third day after about a week or more. For best results apply regularly.

3. AH! YES VM is safe to apply as often as needed, depending on the severity of dryness.
